The College Diabetes Network (CDN) is a 501c3 non-profit organization whose mission is to provide innovative peer based programs which connect and empower students and young professionals to thrive with diabetes.



The Autism Hope Alliance embodies hope for families facing the diagnosis of Autism through education, financial support and volunteerism. The Autism Hope Alliance is the first non-profit foundation for Autism to emerge from the natural foods industry. Providing hope and help for autism families today.






Team Type 1 (TT1) Foundation fights for the right to live through a global mission of education, empowerment and equal access to medicine for everyone affected by diabetes. Merging a passion for cycling and a mission to raise awareness, TT1 established the first men’s professional cycling team to include athletes with type 1 diabetes.




Lyfebulb is an organization focused on bringing innovative products and solutions focused on chronic disease to market. Lyfebulb serves as a bridge between patients and industry, and its mission is to improve the quality of life of those living with chronic disease NOW.





Spartan Race was born in the green mountains of Vermont by Joe De Sena, world-class adventure racer. Gritty. Resilient. Passionate. Spartans aren’t soft. They overcome obstacles. And yes, Spartans burpee.
