Not sure what to do with that big loaf of bread once it's baked?
Try making your own extra-homemade avocado toast with lemon juice, a bit of salt and pepper, and perhaps some fresh thyme.
Or go all out with breakfast toast: Mash up a soft-boiled egg and stick in a few pieces of crisp, sugar-free bacon. Parsley will go great on top.
Another excellent combo — if dairy is your thang — is a generous schmear of cream cheese, a few slices of lox, and several shakes of everything bagel mix.
