1 cup almond flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 1/2 tablespoons KNOW Better Syrup
1 tablespoon coconut oil, softened
1 large egg
2 tablespoons KNOW Better Chocolate Chips
5 grams chopped almonds
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking soda, and sea salt.
In a large bowl, whisk together the syrup and coconut oil until smooth. Whisk in the egg until smooth. Add the flour mixture to the syrup mixture and stir well. Stir in the chocolate chips and almonds.
Scoop rounded tablespoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake until set and golden brown, 8 to 9 minutes.
Let cool on the baking sheet before serving.
