Maple-Cinnamon Grain-Free Granola

Grain-Free Granola on yogurt

Eat a healthier breakfast cereal. Our grain-free granola recipe is made from just nuts, seeds, coconut oil, seasonings, and KNOW Better Syrup, so you know it will not only taste great, but also keep you satisfied all morning long. The almond flour helps to create crunchy clusters — don't skip it! Serve the granola on top of your favorite yogurt before starting your day, or grab a handful or two for a mid-afternoon snack. Feel free to substitute any nuts and seeds that you prefer, just be sure to keep the volume amounts the same. 

Serves: 10


1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut chips
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon sea salt, plus more to taste
3 tablespoons KNOW Better Syrup
3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Heat oven to 325 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a baking mat.

In a large bowl, stir together the almonds, walnuts, coconut, almond flour, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt. Add the syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla. Stir until all of the nuts and seeds are evenly coated by the liquid ingredients. Season to taste with salt.

Spread in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake, stirring halfway through, until deeply golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool completely on the baking sheet before transferring to an airtight container for storage.
