Simply melt together KNOW Better Chocolate Chips and coconut oil, let the mixture cool, and drizzle away — the coconut oil will turn crisp atop cold ice cream in mere seconds. You can use this recipe on top of traditional ice cream, coconut ice cream, frozen bananas, or any other ice cold treat you'd like.
Makes about 3/4 cup
4 ounces KNOW Better Chocolate Chips
1/3 cup coconut oil
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Microwave on 50 percent power, stirring every 30 seconds, until the chocolate is melted, 2 to 4 minutes.
Let cool to room temperature before serving. (Leftover magic shell can be refrigerated indefinitely; microwave as directed above to soften.)
