2 tablespoons KNOW Better Sweetener
2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 large egg
3 1/2 tablespoons KNOW Better Muffin and Cake Mix
Pinch sea salt
1 teaspoon KNOW Better Chocolate Chips
In a medium bowl, whisk together the sweetener, coconut oil, and cocoa powder. Whisk in the egg until smooth, followed by the mix and the salt. Transfer to a 12-ounce microwave-safe coffee mug. Place the chocolate chips in the center of the cake batter.
Place the mug on a paper towel in the microwave. Cook on high powder for 1 minute. Carefully remove from the microwave and serve warm, topped with ice cream, if desired.
