3/4 cup half and half
3/4 cup heavy cream
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan, plus more for serving
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Freshly ground black pepper
1 (1-pound) package KNOW Better Pasta
Chopped fresh parsley, for serving
In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the half and half, cream, butter, and cream cheese. Cook, stirring, until the butter and cream cheese melt and the mixture is smooth. Whisk in the Parmesan and garlic powder. Season to taste with pepper.
Bring to a simmer and continue to cook until the sauce has thickened. Reduce the heat to low and keep warm.
Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook just until tender, 3 to 4 minutes. Drain immediately, then add the pasta to the sauce. Stir to coat well.
Serve topped with parsley and Parmesan.
