Easy Allulose Glaze

Allulose Glaze on Cinnamon Cookies

Sometimes you just wanna add a little more sweetness to your life. Whether that's drizzled over KNOW Better Cinnamon Cookies or spooned on top of freshly baked cinnamon rolls, a quick glaze is a great recipe to have in your back pocket. And you can easily make a low carb, drizzly glaze with KNOW Better Sweetener. All you need is a spice grinder, a bowl, and a whisk. You can easily scale up this recipe; however, you'll want to grind the sweetener in small batches.

Makes about 1/4 cup
Serves 12

Ingredients

1/4 cup KNOW Better Sweetener
1 tablespoon milk or milk alternative

Instructions

Place the sweetener in a spice grinder or high powered blender. Grind until finely powdered, 15 to 30 seconds. Transfer to a medium bowl.

Whisk in the milk until smooth and drizzle over cookies or other treats. If you are making the glaze ahead of time, you will need to re-whisk before use as the glaze tends to separate over time. Store in an airtight container.
