Easiest-Ever Grain-Free Pizza

KNOW Better Waffle Pizza

When a pizza craving strikes, you don't always have time to make a crisp, crunchy, but, admittedly, time-consuming crust from scratch. And if you don't have time to make crust, you definitely don't have time to make pizza sauce. But that doesn't mean you have to make any sacrifices. Instead, look towards KNOW Better Waffles, with plenty of sauce-cupping crevices and — importantly — quick preparation time. Top them with no-junk-added Rao's marinara sauce and your favorite mozzarella (or dairy-free mozzarella substitute). Pop it all under the broiler for a few minutes to melt and brown the cheese. Your pizza craving? Satisfied.

2 Classic KNOW Better Waffles
1/3 cup high-quality jarred marinara sauce, such as Rao's
3/4 cup freshly grated low-moisture mozzarella cheese or dairy-free substitute
Fresh basil leaves (optional)


Turn the oven's broiler setting to low. Under the broiler or in a toaster, cook the waffles until lightly browned and crisp.

Spread the sauce evenly over the tops of the waffles, then top with the cheese. Place on a rimmed baking sheet and broil until the cheese has melted and is beginning to brown in spots, 3 to 5 minutes. Top with the basil, cut into wedges, and serve.
